Before you submit your observations we ask that you register as an observer. You will be asked to enter a 10-digit observer number. This number will allow you to quickly enter your observation information. We suggest that you use your area code and telephone number for two reasons: firstly, the number will be easy to remember; and secondly, it will allow the national coordinator to quickly determine the geographic location of participants, according to area code. This is a secure site and only the national, and provincial or territorial partners will have access to your information. The information you provide will be used to contact you if additional observation information is required and to send you newsletters and updates.
